One of the best places we have ever stayed! 100% recommend to anyone staying near the area. Lovely breakfast, well decorated rooms with the softest sheets and super accommodating to our little dog! Thanks for a lovely experience xx
A beautiful B&B and so many nice touches with our stay - the friendly contact before we arrived, the homemade cake, the fancy teabags and all of the cosy tea lights decorating the home at night. We loved it! Absolutely delicious breakfast as well - loved that there were specials and that you offered spinach in the full Scottish. Thanks again!
So glad we had an impromptu visit to Heathpark House! After a busy week we decided to get a night away, stay at a nice hotel, and find some where local to watch the rugby. It’s fair to say all of the photos of Heathpark are accurate, the place is beautiful, full of character as well as comfy. The breakfast was excellent… we’ve stayed at some very nice places over the years and they’re definitely on par! Best of all, the hosts, Chris and Meg are lovely. It’s clear they really care about their place, making sure everything is perfect, the guests are happy, and happy to stand and have a blether with you. We would highly recommend!
We went there in May and it really was perfect. The house is incredible and so is the garden. It is also very well located, which really helps to visit the surroundings. Breakfast was an absolute delight and very diversified. Overall, we cannot recommend it enough and can’t wait to hopefully come back.
We’re just home from a fantastic stay at Heathpark House. What a gem. Everything was perfect, from the huge comfy bed to the outstanding breakfast. So many lovely details and touches, Chris and Meg are the most welcoming and personable hosts and have created a really special place. We were lucky enough to have the guest sitting room to ourselves to read books in front of the woodburner. We also took advantage of the pizza on offer which was delicious! Highly recommend, and we hope to be back soon.
Absolutely amazing stay! Meg & Chris are the perfect hosts who give so much care and attention to detail to everything they do. The rooms are homely, comfortable and beautifully decorated, the large garden makes you feel like you could be anywhere and the breakfasts would give any top cafe a run for their money. We had an incredible stay at Heathpark House and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It's a beautiful house with comfortable rooms and a great location to explore the surrounding region. Meg and Chris are amazing hosts and make you feel at home immediately. They were also always happy to help with planning day trips and recommending restaurants etc. Also the breakfast is great and always done freshly in the morning, with a lot of options to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay at Heathpark House. The self-catering cottage was perfect - spacious, fully equipped kitchen. We also had breakfasts in the main house, which were delicious. Chris and Meg were wonderful hosts - great communication, warm and welcoming. Heathpark House is a beautiful house and B&B, an excellent base for visiting the surrounding area.
